Plain language, no fine-print games. Here’s how we treat the information you trust us with.
The short version
Your wedding is yours. We collect only what we need to make wed.kiwi work for you, we never sell your data, and we never show you ads. That’s the whole philosophy — the rest is detail.
What we keep
Your account details, and the things you add while planning — your guest list, budget, timeline and vendor notes. We hold them so they’re waiting for you each time you sign in, and for no other reason.
Your guests
When someone RSVPs, we keep just enough to pass their reply back to you — their name, their answer, and any dietaries they share. We don’t market to your guests or use their details for anything else.
Who we share with
Nobody, by default. We use a small number of trusted providers to host the service and send email on our behalf, and we share only what those tasks require. We never sell your information.
You’re in control
You can export or delete your wedding at any time. Delete it and it’s gone from our active systems — no quiet copies kept around. Ask us anything and we’ll give you a straight answer.
